COST

The cost to stay at either lodge is from £70 for 2 adults for a night, children (aged up to 16) are from £25 per night. (Prices change slightly with seasons). Dogs are free. Cleaning charge is £30 per stay. Bed linen and towels are supplied. 

If you do have dogs then please bring your own throws to put on the sofa and bed and your own towels if you need to dry them off after walks.

LODGE 1 -  has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed also has an en suite toilet room, second bedroom has two single beds. The sofa in the lounge area is L shaped so you could also sleep on there or I am happy if people wanted to bring air bed or portable put up beds if they are more than 4 people. There is a dining area with table and 4 chairs, bathroom with shower and kitchen area. Decking area outside as well as an enclosed garden area which consists of a lawned area and a hard standing area which is perfect for BBQs. There are table and chairs for outside dining too and the lawn has a big tree which provides shade in the hot summer months. No steps to the lodge. Parking directly outside.

LODGE 2 - Also has two bedrooms, first one has king size bed and second one has two single beds, the bathroom is shared. There is a kitchenette area with all cooking facilities, including fridge and small freezer compartment. The dining table is situated in the corner of the lounge area. Outside there is decking with ramps either end with seating area ideal for BBQs all on hard standing, there is an artificial grassed area available for your dogs. All totally enclosed, fenced garden, you can park either inside or outside the gates.

Deposit is required which is non-refundable.

You will get a welcome pack for when you arrive which includes a bottle of wine, fresh eggs from the farm and welsh cakes.  If you want more eggs during your stay, I sell them here so just ask.
